Contacts, Email & Channels
A good pitch still needs the right destination. This collection helps you choose a brand contact route, adapt a reviewed message to the channel, and keep control of whether and when to send it. An inbox, public form, and social DM are different contexts; do not assume a discovered address grants permission to send bulk or automated outreach.
Locate a Relevant Route
Prefer a brand's published partnership instructions or a verifiable business contact. Record where you found it and whether it is intended for creator inquiries. If you have not yet identified a specific brand, return to Opportunity Sourcing. If the argument for contacting that brand is still weak, work on Pitch Planning & Copy before choosing a channel.
Adapt the Message to the Channel
Use the influencer outreach email template for a structured email, or the UGC pitch email template when proposing UGC production. The influencer pitch email workflow helps you identify what to include and what to leave for a later conversation. Verify the recipient and personal details before sending; a template is a draft, not a substitute for relevance or consent.
Record What Happened
Keep a simple record of the channel, date, message version, and response. Then use Follow-Up & Outreach Operations to decide whether a respectful follow-up is warranted. If a reply becomes a concrete brand proposal, move to Offer Evaluation rather than sending another introductory email.
