Deal Scope, Payment & Delivery
An agreed fee is not enough to run a collaboration. This collection helps creators define exactly what will be delivered, when the brand will review it, what changes are included, and when payment becomes due. Use it both before accepting terms and while keeping an agreed project on track; it is not a general pricing guide.
Define the Scope You Can Deliver
List the formats, number of assets, channels, production inputs, milestones, review rounds, and approval responsibilities. Separate requested changes inside the original brief from additional work. The deliverable tracking guide is a starting point for recording that work; deal tracking versus a template helps you choose a manageable way to keep those decisions visible.
Connect Milestones to Payment
Clarify deposit or payment schedule, invoice requirements, approval triggers, and what happens if a deadline or brief changes. Use the creator payment terms checklist to identify missing details before committing. Do not assume an invoice or a publishing date by itself defines when a payment is due; use the agreed written terms.
Track Execution and Changes
After terms are accepted, record who owes the next action and whether revisions alter the agreed scope. The active deal tracking scenario can help frame the workflow without implying automatic approval. If permission to reuse content or exclusivity is unresolved, return to Contracts, Rights & Exclusivity; if the brand changes the offer before agreement, return to Offer Evaluation.
